Please consider installing a couple of speed bumps along Putnam Blvd. The kids ride bikes, pedestrians walk in the roadside walkway, etc. All the while drivers are speeding through, presumably avoiding the intersection at Moore Rd. Many don't stop at the Stop sign at Saybrook, either. Thank you.
