Thanks for reporting. We are moving your request to our internal work order system. There is a wait list for toters since June. While you are waiting for new toters, please use a plastic garbage bag and if you are worried about animals tearing at the bag, use a little smelly substance on the inside to keep them away. If you have a cardboard box, you can use it to place your recyclables in it and the crew will pick up both the bags and empty cardboard box if left on the tree belt on your collection day.
