I know the pothole you are talking about, and we've been reporting it every year as they improperly patch it and it comes back, but you're going to need to re-report this issue with the correct location if you want Minneapolis to do anything about it. Note that it put the location as Victory Memorial Dr in Robbinsdale, when it is actually on Xerxes Ave in Minneapolis. If you don't fix that before submitting it, Minneapolis 311 will never get it.
