As of ~ July 9th ~ no progress has been made in regards to the clean up and removal of trash/rubbish and inoperable vehicle from the property. Nor has there been any attempt to cut down over grown brush .

I notice to abate inoperable vehicle will be sent to property owner, and a nuisance notice to clean up plastic tarp, tires, metal cans, etc. in the backyard will also be mailed, if property is in non compliance after the notice is due the city of mason city will move to write a civil infraction.
