Descrizione
The sidewalk from Emory St to the railroad bridge on the even number side of the street are in great despair. Parts are crumbled uneven some not there which makes it a dangerous walking experience, all are even with the road bed subject to flooding, and icing in winter. Myself mail delivery was avoided due to flooding on a few occasions.
