The sign is appropriately located with respect to the speed zone and in accordance with traffic control device standards.
Additionally, the City placed signage along Milton Avenue before the actual speed limit signs warning drivers that they are approaching the 25 mph speed zone. These additional signs are standard yellow street signs and feature an image of a 25 mph speed limit sign and an arrow indicating the driver is approaching the speed zone. These signs have been in place since the reduced speed zone was established several months ago.
