There are several utility projects in various stages of completion / activity along Webb Bridge Road. Some of these projects are not related to the, while others are.
Can you offer more information as to the location along Webb Bridge Road to which you are referring?

The subject sign appears to have been left behind by a private utility contractor. The City has removed it, as the project was completed.
