Can someone look into changing the lights to stop signs...or something else along holme circle. Holme ave has virtually no cross traffic due to bridge being closed and road closed ahead. Traffic backed up trying to detour to ashton and welsh roads. Please fix traffic lights so it isnt horrible while road is closed ahead!
