Light to No where - Stupid light changing with no traffic. All roads get a red light, even a red light on turning onto Carlton from Grand heading downtown. The only Green is to the NW - threre is no road there. Just trees... Use to be a gas station griveway there years ago.
Looks like its from 34th Ave lights acting up, but why is there even a light to no where? Is this for DEER CROSSING, so they have a safe path to cross the road? (Pun intended)
