we need signs on grand ave.....no parking here to corner....it's very dangerous pulling onto grand ave from elm st

The Local should have never been built.Too much noise.
Drunkards wandering ,making noise, and are general objects and expressions of inconsiderate fools who act this way 7 days a week in the early A.M. hours.
People drive too fast on this section of Grand Avenue.
Open urination, drug consumption, and the parking problem.
What were these city planners doing? Elm and Grand are in a RESIDENTIAL area, not a commercial area.
It's only going to get worse.

Four-way stop needed at Walnut and Grand- My car has almost been creamed twice by speeding cars. Heading North on Walnut, car hood has to stick out in traffic just to see East down Grand. When snow is piled up limited visibility is compounded. Cars on Grand speed especially during rush hour endanger school crossing and other cars at this intersection!
