Every morning a line forms in the left hand turn lane on the I20E 61A offramp to Maynard Terrace.

Every morning there are a large number of vehicles bypassing the line in the right turn lane, and then turning left. These vehicles are creating a dangerous situation for the vehicles that are doing a proper left turn from the proper lane.
