NOT ENFORCED AT ALL . TRAFFIC BACKS UP TO 391 INPATCIENT DRIVERS PULL INTO THE LEFT LANE MAKE THE ILLEGAL RIGHT TURN, CUT OFF EVERYONE WIATING ON THE OFF RAMP AND HAVE CAUSED MANY NEAR MISS ACCIDENTS WHILE DOING SO .
