For the 10 years I have lived off Oak Grove, there has been a huge dip in the road just feet from the Briarlake and Briarcliff intersection on Briarcliff Rd. It is so big that you have to slow down going over it or you rish bouncing into the oncoming traffic.

I've lived in the area for 20 years and travel past this intersection often, very often. If there was something "so big" as you describe it, I can't imagine what you're referring to. I'll certainly look hard next time I'm there though. In the meantime, can you take a picture and add it to the issue report?

This area has not been fixed yet. When you are coming south on Briarcliff, the dip is just before you get to the intersection. There is a left turn lane for Briarlake Rd. and the dip is in the lane that you use to continue on Briarcliff. If you drive this road with any frequency, then you know what I am talking about. The dip makes your car bounce, no matter what speed you are traveling. It is closest to the curb, which is very tall right at the dip.

I'm familiar with this dip. While it is annoying, if one is traveling at the speed limit, I don't feel it is particularly hazardous. DCR&D has more critical tasks than this to address.

Who are you? Why have you been critical of this posting? This type of project is encouraged yet you seem to dismiss because of your own opinion. I do the speed limit and it still creates a jolt in the car, for everyone. Oh well, I'm done. I don't want to read anymore of your post so I am closing this.
