There are several houses along Drew Valley Rd NE which by all appearances the builder has begun demolition despite no displayed permits. All of these properties have yard signs indicating ownership by "Georgian Fine Properties."

The most significant concern is that due to the age of these properties they most likely contain hazardous materials which must follow the proper OSHA, EPA, and Georgia Environmental Protection Division (EPD) regulations. If improper demolition has occurred it is possible that asbestos has been, or will be, released into the neighborhood's air, soil, and water.
