Sharraxaadda

This report is for the small park that is located at the entrance to the parking lot that serves trader joes, walgreens, etc. The park should be a "No Smoking zone. It is in close proximity to a variety of businesses, and is a park (albeit a small one). Smokers have clearly taken notice that smoking is not prohibited, because there has been a smoker there every time I've stopped to enjoy a cup of coffee or a slice of pizza.
