Agreed. Rats in the Shurtleff-Bellingham-Central area are getting bad. I keep finding holes into my basement where they've dug in. Can the city please AGGRESSIVELY ticket trash offenders and put out traps? Tired of hearing mad squeaking on trash nights.

Lynn St is INFESTED with them!!! They are everywhere even started getting in my home! Every time I call the city to complain they just keep saying they are baiting. When I told the woman it was not working she told ME to hire an exterminator and pay for it myself!!

Now they are on Cottage St too...its ridiculous!

The catch basins in this area have been baited.
