People take the bull by the hornes, I had the same problem where I lived in Mt Clemens area if the drain is plugged then get off your butt and go clean it out and through the trash in the trash, What is the problem with you people you can't clean the street in front of your house, even if you rent keep you yard picked up and the street swept so it looks nice and take some pride in your area and stop depending on others to pick up the crap I used to work cleaning parking lots in detroit and had just finished a ATM lot on mack ave and 3 kids were watching me as they ate some food from containers as I drove down the street I looked in my side mirror and saw them discard their trash in the lot I had just cleaned and laughed as they walked down the street go figure. Now go out side and instead of sitting on the porch clean the drains and the street in front of your house and pick up your yard. Oh and cut your grass and the grass of the abandon house next door it just looks nice. The government can't kiss your everything and make it better some thing you have to do yourself. PRIDE
