Sidewalks were patched with blacktop in spots last 10/2014.Was told sidewalks were . On list to be be fixed the right way.Anyway same problem happened elderly people have trouble walking up street with walkers get caught in holes and cracks. BLACKTOP patches all ripped up and same problem with sidewalks. Very bad shape on Cheever St. And Hyde streets. Holes need to be fixed again..And as tax payers we want to know when its going to be fixed correctly not Patched.But should be fixed before another elderly person falls again like in 10/2013.
