Sharraxaadda

At 423 the gentlemen is always buying a used car fixing them up on the side of the street like it is his personal garage. it early in the morning and playing the loud music late at night. Stealing electricity as well. At 425 the young lady lets her children run wild with no shoes or clothes on early in the morning and very well late into the evening. Saw the children playing on the roof of the porch while she is in the home doing who knows what. Last but not least at 427 daughter is dramatic and causes quite a lot of drama on the block. Children as always running around bare footed as well while cursing at eachother and the adults also (TPT).
