The sidewalk is clear, but the property is disgusting.

Look at the photos of the sidewalk posted under the original case at this address. This has only been partially cleaned.

After further research your case # 48986 created on 4/30/2014 was reported to the Environmental Health department. I will contact them for a follow up and as soon as I get a response I will give you and update.
