I've seen street name signs in Kingston that have been bent or twisted around in the opposite direction. I think the drivers of the garbage trucks as they pick up trash, should look at these signs and report them to the department of public works to fix or replace. I've have also noticed that some streets do not have street name signs. These should be added. I saw the police one day, go past the street they were supposed to go to and pass it bye because there was no street name sign. This could have an effect if there was and emergency

Sal, this site works better with more specifics. Do you have a specific location that needs a sign? Contact your Alderman. If there is a sign that was removed ore damaged, contact the DPW directly.
While I think we would all love it if everything worked efficiently, I don't think DPW trash haulers will be doing this for you. Nice idea though.
