Description

17 Park Street has a lot of construction work happening on weekends and during the week. No building permit is posted. Is the work legal? It is a single family house that has been operated as two apartments for two brothers over the tenure of the past owners, but it is not two legal apartments. Addition concern is about environmental safety working around asbestos shingles.
