May 17, 7pm - brought my new rescue dog (beagle mix) to the park. Dog is very scared of big dogs (he was attacked) so we were trying to socialize him in the evenings, when dogs have to be on leash. Two huge dogs there with owner had him petrified, man refused to keep them away, said I (I've lived here for 20 years!) needed to get my dog out of the park if it couldn't be around off-leash dogs! (The entire time, my dog was yelping and his two were circling around)- what can we do? Lots of folks walk in the evenings - I can't use the park anymore-
