Description
The right lane heading East on El Cerrito needs attention. There are always near accidents because drivers do not follow the "right turn must turn right" sign. If you look closely to the road, you can see that there was once a right turn arrow but it has been scraped away but the signs remained.
We need either:
1) Right turn arrow repainted on the ground
Or
2) The removal of the "Right lane must turn right" signs.

Rick - This is exactly what the city just did. Closed it and referred it to someone else. "Outside city limits" yet Corona PD would have no problem citing someone that violates it. Oh wait, that's not being done either. Really frustrating.
This needs to stay open until resolved.

Thank you for reporting, this forwarded to the county transportation and Supervisor's office . A fix maybe a longer deal.
Three different jurisdictions, City, County and Caltrans. Let me see what I can do especially getting that signed removed...

I've included that comments in my email to county staff.. Someone missed it!
Would be good to get a dedicated turn lane back there at some point.. but that is a long term deal

Update from County Transportation
"I will be reaching out to Caltrans today to discuss the issue, but it seems as though the solution is removing the “Right-Lane Must Turn Right” since both lanes are meant to be through lanes heading west under the freeway."
