Resident/ owner of this address has had matress and boxspring sitting curbside for the previous 3 weeks straight with no bulky item sticker. Items were still there after last monday's trash pickup so residents of that address dumped them across the street onto the Refleck mill property. Called Community maintenance last monday to inform them, still sitting there. Where were the notifications/fines for leaving bulky items out for so long? All owner occupied properties on this street who are disgusted watching property values decrease as the blight increases.
