Description

There is a fence that separates my home from a condo association behind me. The fence has been decaying over the years and is now gone in some places. This has resulted in people walking through my property from there condo to get to the local synagogue or a short cut to the street. The fence is also gone near the condo trash area, resulting in garbage on my lawn. I have a dog. I have spoken to several people with whom i thought to be associated with the condo but nothing has been done.
