Tenant at 230 Fleetwood cut down a large bush, put the branches down next to 221 Lumber st. (garage). This causes 4 problems: 1. Put them there AFTER trash pickup, 2. Fleetwood st. trash gets picked up ON Fleetwood st. not out back. 3. Branches not tied so trash company will never pick them up as is. 4. As the wind starts to blow the branches are rolling around into the street etc. People that do things like this is one of the many reasons that Coatesville looks like it does. They have no regard for the law, don't know the law and didn't intend to dispose of their waste properly anyway. Hope codes sees this. And yes it's very easy to tell that the branches came from 230 as the bushes can be seen that they have been freshly cut and match the branches in the pile.
