Yes, I own 304 N. Stafford Avenue. i believe someone has illegally dumped a bunch of cut tree limbs in the alley between 304 N. Stafford and 306 N. Stafford. I am a bit concerned because this is right by the school and it is blocking part of the alley and could be a safety concern. Could you please pick this up ASAP.
