We have someone on our block that keeps throwing bags of dog poop on our property(just ours)...front/back yard & back porch. My husband, my young child and myself just moved into the neighborhood. Not really sure why they are doing this,,,it maybe because the color of our skin. Just need some suggestions on what I should do. We were thinking about cameras but what happens after we catch the person? Thanks
