Delivery trucks and private car drivers continue to park at the red curb and block the bike lane on N-bound Horton St north of 59th Street, despite the fact that a yellow loading zone was provided just east of there on 59th Street.

Obstructed bike lanes are a big issue for this entire portion of Horton Street, from 53rd all the way north to 62nd. If the Emeryville PD has some extra time on their hands they could make a small fortune by just hanging out here and ticketing every driver that comes through and parks.
