Too heavy? I guess diapers and cat litter are going to be left on the street then. I can't believe that nobody could lift the bag, I brought it downstairs myself with a bad back. Will the city refund my 2$ for the trash bag that was used that was also refused to be picked up? Absolutely horrible service
