Description

I'm constantly being awoken by the Safeway workers/delivery trucks. Constant banging, clashing, yelling, and loud music occur at various times throughout the night. Once it reaches 7am (their allowable delivery time) it's like all hell breaks loose over there. I understand that once it's 7am they're technically allowed to make noise but that's still really early and it's a huge nuisance for those of us who need to sleep past this time. In addition the garbage collectors on Thursday mornings make a huge racket anywhere between 5-8am. I have dealt with this for over a year and am trying to figure out if anyone else is having the same problem.
