The No Turn on Red sign on S Street and Connecticut Ave is hard to see in the daytime, since it on the east side of Connecticut Avenue. At night time, it is impossible to see with the glare from the red light. The sign needs to be moved to a more prominent position (possible to the red light on the median) and made more visible at night.
