Non-stop Barking Dog at Fun House. This has been going on since Saturday, May 10, 2014. The dog is inside the open air business, and is left completely unattended. The dog seems to be in distress at times and agitated. It has repeatedly been barking for periods of 15-20 consecutive minutes loudly and at all hours of the day and night. It is a blatant violation of the city's noise ordinance.
