Description

The owner of 7 Alexander Ave started building a retaining wall on April 19, 2014 and without my permission threw all the dirt onto my property. They damaged my garage siding, ruined my grass, and blocked access to my property as I cannot open my gate. During this time, they have thrown tree roots, bricks, cement blocks, and metal pipes onto my property. It is almost a month since I reported this to the Town of Kearny and the owner has not cleared this from my property. Please notify the owners to immediately remove this debris/dirt from my property.
