Citizen states this has been an ongoing issue for 2 years we fill one hole and leave several others. Citizen says the holes are so bad people drive on the opposite side of the street to avoid the potholes and is afraid there is going to be an accident. Citizen also noticed the holes that have been repaired aren't level with the street.
