Description

Cars racing on 195 Westbound behind Red's & Subway on Eastern Ave. If you actually stand on that overpass you can hear & see the racing. Something needs to be done. This is a big safety issue & i cant sleep at night my house is right there near the highway. Cops need to patrol the area & more than one cop too. They probably race on 24 too i wouldnt doubt it.
