1.This needs to be a better three way stop light, the cars coming from congress never yield to those coming from Front. 2. The flow from 3rd street and congress to 1st street does not work well. 3.People turn at 1st and congress illegally even with signs on both streets. 4.Improving timing of light from at least 3rd street to river is needed, or at least making the congress street to river street a no turn light would make things safer. 5. Also at the bottom of front and congress the hill has many potholes which causes a lot of damage to cars undercarriage and axles.
