THERE WAS MULCH IN THE INLET AND IN THE FLOW LINE. THIS WAS CAUSING THE DRAINING RESTRICTION.DATE-5/27/14 STAFF- RICHARDSON/GOLDEN. THIS LOCATION ON THE DATE OF 5/13/14" - case file closed -
