Construction once again has commenced before 8 a.m. on the apartments being built on the northern end of Town Brookhaven

This contractor apparently has been warned repeatedly not to start construction on Saturdays before 8 a.m. and repeatedly ignores those warnings.

Requiring the contractor not to commence work until 12 noon one Saturday might get its attention. Nothing else has done so.
