Description
Stopped at red traffic light on 84th lane. Was waiting for green to turn left onto park street. When light turned green arrow it was simultaneously flashing a red light. So steady green but flashing red light on the same light at the same time (pretty confusing). Noticed when I turned that the other opposite lights for the stopped traffic was a steady red light with a flashing yellow light at the same time on the same light. This is not good, going to cause confusion and accidents.
