Description

The home owner at the intersection of NE Selfors Lane and Hidden Cove Road is building a 4' high retaining wall next the road with no permit in site. He is backfilling this retaining wall with the dirt he is digging from his side yard/hill to make a driveway without any shoring for the property above him. When it rains the dirt runs off of his new driveway onto Hidden Cover Road making he road extremely slippery with mud. The homeowner is now placing the excess dirt he is removing for his driveway behind a row of mail boxes that is over a storm drain culvert. Now the dirt is running off into the storm drain just above the creek that flows into Hidden Cove.
