Description

Cleveland Rd. is in horrific condition. Scores of potholes are several pavement layers deep and loose asphalt flies all over the place. On top of the inconvenience, cars speed up and down the road, swerving abruptly to miss the craters and creating a public safety hazard. Children, pedestrians, and pets are in danger every day.

This situation has been reported and "acknowledged" by public works several times over the last few years, but nothing ever happens. Why not?
