Description

There are several tires left out on the curb for about 3 weeks now. They get rolled around over weekends when the students get drunk. It is annoying to have them end up in our driveway or on our tiny patch of lawn. We are waiting for the time they end up in the street causing an accident. Also it is difficult to get strollers etc around them when they are on the curb/sidewalk.
