Description

During rush hours the red X is on the southbound opening northbound drivers 3 lanes. Drivers not familiar with this information southbound heads straight into oncoming north traffic. NOT A GOOD idea having changable lane without no warning ahead of time on Mt Pleasant going on to Jarvis...something bad is going to happen to someone soon its only the matter of time.
