The guy that has had his Trashed RV parked directly IN FRONT OF THE PUBLIC LIBRARY for the last 18 months now has the the sidewalk DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF THE PUBLIC LIBRARY covered in his trash, two grills, and his lawn furniture. He's now blocking the entire walk way.
As much as I love walking my kids into the street to avoid walking them through this Mad Max wasteland he has on the library walkway entrance can this EVER be addressed? Its been almost two years now....

Sorry you, your family, neighborhood have to put up with this for so long. Enforcing the law consistently is a remarkable cost effective method to ensure community safety and quality of life. Sadly our city officials ignore this tenet in letting lawlessness pervade unabated.
Measure Q parcel tax passed March 30 2020
To provide: homelessness support services and programs to help homeless individuals move into shelters and housing; trash removal from parks and creeks; safe, well-maintained parks and trails; clean, accessible park restrooms; improved water quality; and park facilities repairs, by enacting an annual $148 parcel tax for single-family parcels, and other parcels as specified, for 20 years, raising approximately $21,000,000 annually with exemptions for low-income seniors.
So there is no shortage of cash to deal with this.

Yes, there are similar service requests going back months now. This situation is only escalating as you continue to ignore it. Someone is literally grilling on the sidewalk in front of a public library and covering the walk way in PALLETS of trash. Can you ever make this neighborhood a priority for once?
