Description
A red car continues to park in the New Haven Parking Authority Lot at Court and Olive without a tag. She is parked illegally and taking a spot away from parkers who pay to park in this lot. Would someone ticket or warn her? Is it possible to put up a sign designating the lot as a 24 hour lot and not open to unauthorized parkers?

If it is a city employee make sure you get the plate and a picture of them in uniform to stick em out !
