I received a notice that this has been fixed, but it's still there.
It's pretty big about 18inches square.
It's also in a bad spot,, right as you're entering rt 17.

The pothole has NOT been fixed.
I keep forgetting to go there and get a photo.
I pass it every day and for sure it's still there.

It's been several MONTHS, I've sent several notices, and photos, and this large pothole is STILL there.

This is a great system in place here. It looks real nice, you can add photos, comments and good follow up.
It's just too bad that no one ever actually FIXES the pot hole.
It's not like it's in a remote area. It's right at an entrance to rte. 17!
THis has been going on since June.

The DPW is as frustrated as you are. The DOT is the only agency that can perform this repair. We will once again advise them of the pothole location.

It's in a busy area.
I don't know of any pothole that's been around so long.

The repair falls under the jurisdiction of the NJ DOT, not the Borough of Paramus.

I finally heard back from the state. They said that they did fill the pothole but it was the town's juristiction.
I did drive by it today. It still looks like there's a depression, but at least it's somewhat fixed.

I wish someone would go look at this pot hole.
The state said it was the city's job to fix. While they were there they filled it half way. So it is better than it was, but still a hazard.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE send someone to see this pot hole. It's been there since last spring.
The state says it's Paramus' responsibility to fix.
