Description

In front of Boylan Apartments on Hillsborough Street there is a large dead tree. A big branch over the sidewalk has broke off and crashed down. This tree needs to be removed, if a storm or wind comes along, someone can be killed or vehicle severely damaged. A lot of pedestrians walk along the sidewalk here.
