SO SO many are like this or worse all over downtown Raleigh and around the Capital and Museums where people including BLIND people walk all day everyday. It is a shame that someone needs to be hrt and sue the city for them to be taken care of. I know the cost of metal replacements is highway robbery, isn't there a form of fortified UV resistant plastic that could be used? I know that it exists and costs less, these are standard sizes and not custom fit, the problem has been reported for years, come on fix it please.
